Our office is committed to working with you to understand and navigate payment for services. Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Our billing service will partner with you and act as a liaison to the best of our ability.
We are in-network with Medicare, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Aetna, Optum Behavioral Health, United Healthcare, and self-pay clients. If you are using Out of Network benefits, we are happy to provide you with invoices that are ready for submission and assist where we able with completing your claim. Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible and reduce anxiety regarding covering services.
We are currently welcoming new patients for telehealth and in-person appointments at our Skokie office, located at: 4711 Golf Road, Suite 400, Skokie, IL 60076.
